1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the sale of products carried out on the website www.lachaisecouture.com, operated by Saidath Ouabi Design – SASU, whose registered office is located at 200 rue de la Croix Nivert, 75015 Paris, France.
Any order placed via the website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTCS.
2. Products
The products offered are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. However, minor variations (particularly in color or texture) may occur between the visuals and the delivered products, notably due to artisanal production processes or the use of recycled materials. Each Chaise Couture piece is designed as an exceptional object and produced in limited editions.
3. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (VAT), excluding delivery costs. La Chaise Couture reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are invoiced based on the prices in effect at the time the order is validated.
4. Orders
Orders are placed exclusively online via the website www.lachaisecouture.com.
Order validation implies acceptance of the prices, products and sales conditions. A confirmation email is sent to the address provided at the time of purchase. La Chaise Couture reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of a prior dispute, product unavailability or for any legitimate reason.
5. Payment
Payment is due at the time of ordering. Payments are made securely via the payment methods offered on the website (credit card, Apple Pay, etc.). Transactions are processed by Shopify Payments and/or its partner service providers.
6. Delivery
Deliveries are made in France and internationally. Delivery fees are specified at checkout. Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on destination or production conditions. In the event of a delay, you will be informed by email.
7. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with our Return Policy, you have 30 days from receipt of your order to request a return. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the event of an error on our part. Sale or customized items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

9. Intellectual Property

La Chaise Couture shall not be held liable for indirect damages related to the purchase of a product (loss of opportunity, reputational damage, etc.). In all cases, La Chaise Couture’s liability is limited to the amount of the order.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Failing that, the competent French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
