Shipping
Orders are prepared and shipped within an average of 2 to 7 business days from the confirmation of your order, subject to product availability. Deliveries are available in France and internationally.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the destination country, the selected shipping method and the parcel size.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. La Chaise Couture cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our control (customs, weather conditions, etc.).
Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate. In the event of an error, reshipping costs will be at your expense.
Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except in the case of a defective item or an error on our part. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us immediately so that we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
Personalized products (custom orders or made-to-measure items)
Personal care products (cosmetics, beauty items)
Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the item you received and, once the return is accepted, place a new order separately.
Right of Withdrawal (European Union)
In accordance with European regulations, you have a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of receipt of your order, without having to provide any justification. Returned items must comply with the conditions outlined above.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank.
