Deliveries
Orders are prepared and shipped within an average of 3 to 7 working days from the confirmation of your order, subject to product availability. Deliveries are made in France and internationally.
Shipping costs are calculated at the time of order and vary according to the destination country, the chosen delivery method, and the size of the package.
Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you. La Chaise Couture cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our control (customs, weather conditions, etc.).
Please ensure that the address provided at the time of order is correct. In case of error, the costs of redelivery will be at your charge.
Returns
We offer a return policy of 30 days, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with its tags and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item is defective or there was an error on our part. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so that we can assess the issue and resolve it quickly.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
Personalised products (special orders or custom items)
Personal care products (cosmetics, beauty items)
Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return. If you have any doubts about the eligibility of your item, please write to us before returning it.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get another item is to return the received item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order separately.
Withdrawal Period (European Union)
According to European regulations, you have a 14-day withdrawal period from the receipt of your order, without the need to provide justification. The returned item must meet the conditions outlined above.
Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, you will be notified by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is accepted, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 working days. Note that bank processing may take time. If more than 15 working days have passed since the approval of your return and you have not yet been refunded, please contact us at contact@lachaisecouture.com.
