1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the sale of products made on the site www.lachaisecouture.com, operated by Saidath Ouabi Design - SASU, whose registered office is located at 61 Avenue des Bouleaux, 91170 Viry-Châtillon, France.
Any order placed via the site implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTCS.
2. Products
The products offered are described and presented with the utmost accuracy possible. However, slight variations (notably in colour or texture) may exist between the visuals and the delivered products, especially due to handcrafted manufacturing or the use of recycled materials. Each piece from Chaise Couture is designed as an exceptional object and produced in limited edition.
3. Prices
The prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC), excluding delivery charges. Chaise Couture reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are billed based on the rates in effect at the time of order confirmation.
4. Orders
Orders are placed exclusively online via the site www.lachaisecouture.com.
Order validation implies acceptance of the prices, products, and terms of sale. A confirmation email is sent to the address provided at the time of order. Chaise Couture reserves the right to refuse an order in case of prior dispute, unavailability of products, or for any legitimate reason.
5. Payment
Payment is due at the time of order. It is made securely via the payment methods offered on the site (credit card, Apple Pay, etc.). Transactions are processed by Shopify Payments and/or its partner service providers.
6. Delivery
Deliveries are made in France and internationally. Delivery charges are specified at the time of order. Delivery times are indicative and may vary according to destination or production conditions. In case of delays, we will keep you informed by email.
7. Returns and right of withdrawal
In accordance with our Return Policy, you have a 30-day period after receipt to request a return. Items must be unused, undamaged, in their original packaging with all labels. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless it is our error. Sale or custom items cannot be returned or exchanged.

9. Intellectual property
All elements present on the site (texts, images, videos, concepts, products) are the exclusive property of Saidath Ouabi Design and are protected by the laws relating to intellectual property. Any reproduction, exploitation, or dissemination without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.
10. Liability
Chaise Couture cannot be held responsible for indirect damages related to the purchase of a product (loss of opportunity, damage to image, etc.). The liability of Chaise Couture is, in any case, limited to the amount of the order.
11. Applicable law and disputes
These GTCS are subject to French law. In case of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Failing that, only French courts will have jurisdiction.
